The All Lines Processsing System (ALPS) manages policy issuance and administration for most Property & Casualty lines of business. ALPS is extensively user-table driven. ALPS gives online access to all current and historical policy information.

The key features of ALPS include:

• Access to all quotations, policies, billing transactions, and claims for an insured via unique client identification
• One step transfer of quotation to new business policy
• Options to issue/activate, issue/cancel, or decline a new business policy
• Automatic endorsement form assignment by coverage, use, and selected field values
• Single entry for fully automated backdated (out-of-sequence) endorsement
• Endorsements to a cancelled policy with or without reinstatement
• Mini-cycle to process a policy transaction and generate output documents immediately
• Re-creation of point-in-time information to reprint documents
• Automatic assignment of coverage to all units
• One step rewrite process to transfer policy data
• Policy Changes (Endorsements) into prior terms
• Renewal by policy type and agent (automatic, renewal offer, renewal quote, manual)
• Optional connectivity to a variety of vendor services
